DESCRIPTION: Thank you for registering for HOMECOMING 2023 : Tailgate and RV Registration. REGISTRATION for tTent and RV Spaces this year's event is SOLD OUT. Only Individual Online Tickets are available on our Freshtix site.Morehouse Homecoming is the most anticipated event of the year, and this year it’s scheduled for the weekend of October 27-29, 2023. As a Morehouse alum, you know all too well about the excitement, revelry and nostalgia that the very thought of Morehouse Homecoming provokes. This year's homecoming tailgate theme is ’Ascension' and we hope that it truly is your best homecoming tailgate experience ever. This year, tailgate spaces became available for purchase on July 21, 2023 and the overwhelming response has been amazing to watch. ONE-DAY EVENT INSURANCE COVERAGE (REQUIRED): Our senior leadership and management team requires all tailgate hosts to provide one-day general liability insurance to protect you, as the tailgate host, and Morehouse College, as the event organizer. We encourage you to consult your home insurance provider or visit www.theeventhelper.com#dcv2Xa to secure your insurance rider separately.  Morehouse College must be named as co-insured on your rider.As in years past, the College will secure all city and state permits required for our one-day Homecoming festival. This is an Alumni Engagement event that will hopefully promote fellowship and giving back to our institutions.NOTE: GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE RETRIEVING TAILGATE or VENDOR CREDENTIALS.  Each year, all registered and approved Alumni Tailgate hosts must also attend a pre-event webinar to review our public safety and tailgating guidelines in early October. We look forward to seeing you on October 28, 2023!Should you have any questions, please email Joe Carlos '04, the Director of Alumni Engagement at joseph.carlos@morehouse.edu.Please remember your order is not complete until you have received a confirmation email from the system.
