Don&rsquo;t miss your opportunity to partner with us for the most sought after Homecoming experience in the country! Join us for a great time and showcase your best wares and fare to be enjoyed by tens of thousands of attendees. Booth space is limited to a MAXIMUM of TWO 10 X 10 spaces or ONE 10 X 20 space per vendor. To purchase your space, click on the 'REGISTER' button.With the anticipated number of guests coming to the campus, we have increased our safety and security procedures to best protect our community. We want to ensure that this year's events are as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone.Food Vendors -&nbsp;ONE-DAY&nbsp;EVENT INSURANCE COVERAGE (REQUIRED):&nbsp;Our policy requires all&nbsp;food vendors to provide one-day general liability insurance ($1,000,000 Occurrence/ $2,000,000 Aggregate) to protect you, as the vendor, and Morehouse College,&nbsp;as the event&nbsp;organizer.&nbsp;We encourage you to consult your home insurance provider or visit&nbsp;www.theeventhelper.com#dcv2Xa&nbsp;to secure your insurance rider separately. &nbsp;Morehouse College must be named as co-insured on your rider.As in years past, the College will secure all city&nbsp;and state permits required for our one-day Homecoming festival.NOTE: GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE RETRIEVING VENDOR CREDENTIALS. &nbsp;Each&nbsp;year,&nbsp;all registered and approved Alumni Tailgate hosts and Food Vendors must also attend a pre-event webinar&nbsp;to review our public safety, tailgating and vending guidelines.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Additional Requirements for All VendorsFood Vendors: Food must be fresh, and prepared and maintained in a safe, hygienic manner, if it is served as samples and/or purchase to our guests.At no time are vendors to sell or serve Alcohol to guests without written approval from the Office of External Relations and Alumni Engagement.
