SUMMARY: 2019 Morehouse College Homecoming Vendor Registration
DESCRIPTION: Don’t miss your chance to become a vendor at the 2019 Morehouse College Homecoming Tailgate Experience. Booth space is now available, but limited to a MAXIMUM of TWO spaces per vendor. To purchase, click on the 'REGISTER' button to select your number of vendor spaces.

After payment is received, you will be emailed the 2019 Vendor Registration Form that must be completed and returned to the Office of Alumni Engagement by October 15, 2019.

FOOD VENDORS

All food served, must follow ServSafe guidelines and at no time are vendors to sell or serve Alcohol to guests. Violators may be required to shut down immediately and are subject to removal from the tailgate vending area at the College’s discretion.

Any engagement in illegal or unlawful behavior/sales may subject you, the vendor (as well as your company, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors) to immediate removal from the College premises and criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Please note that all food vendors must obtain and provide $2 Million of limited liability insurance for each day you are on Morehouse College’s premises. You or a designee must also attend a vendor orientation with Morehouse College Police. 

By becoming a Morehouse Homecoming food or merchandise vendor, you are agreeing to the above terms, as well as other rules and regulations that will be explained in the orientation. 

MERCHANDISE VENDORS

Morehouse College branded merchandise MAY NOT be sold without registering with Learfield prior to Homecoming. For more information about being officially licensed to sell Morehouse College branded merchandise, please email Chimere Stanford-Jefferson (chimere.stanford@morehouse.edu). All non-Morehouse merchandise is subject to approval by the Office of External Relations and Alumni Engagement. 

PAYMENTS
The best method for paying for your vendor space is through this automated system. Payment by check must be received in the Office of Alumni Engagement no later than October 1, 2019.

Vendor space location will be designated at the discretion of the Office of External Relations and Alumni Engagement, and issued on a first-come first-serve basis.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT REMINDERS

Vendor space registration is non-refundable. 

Cash payments will not be accepted at any time.
