DESCRIPTION:  CELEBRATE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKWITH THE MAROON TIGER FOOTBALL TEAM Earlier this semester, Morehouse announced that a student-only fall festival would replace the traditional Homecoming activities previously scheduled for this week in an effort to minimize our students’ possible exposure to non-vaccinated visitors. We would like to thank our incredible alumni and supporters, who have placed the health and safety of our students above everything else. Through our collective efforts and protocols including mandatory vaccination, weekly testing, physical distancing, hand hygiene, contact tracing, and isolation and quarantine implementation, our campus community has maintained a COVID infection rate far lower than the national, state, or local rates. If we each continue to do our part, we can continue to maintain a safe and engaging campus on which our students can live, learn, and grow as Men of Morehouse.FALL FESTIVAL FOOTBALL GAMEThe Morehouse Maroon Tigers Football Team will play Fort Valley State University this Saturday at CAU Panther Stadium. The game begins at 2 pm. We invite you to join the Morehouse community to support our student-athletes in the Spirit of Homecoming. We look forward to welcoming you back to the campus together in the Fall of  2022.TICKETSREMINDER: Alumni and guests can Purchase Tickets until Noon, Friday, October 15th.Entry for all Morehouse students with a Fall ‘21 ID sticker is Free. Tickets will be available at the ticket booth at CAU at a cost of $25.00 per person (adults), All Spelman and Clark Atlanta University students can purchase tickets at the entrance for $20.00 per student with a college ID. Admission is free for children (Age 4-12). All students and guests must wear a mask to enter the stadium from the Beckwith St. SW entrance.GameDay ParkingTo continue mitigation of COVID-19 spread, the Morehouse College campus, and parking deck will be closed on Saturday, October 16, 2021, to anyone who is not a current Atlanta University Center student, employee, or visitor specifically approved by name. The deck at CAU will be available to accommodate attending guests at $10 per vehicle until capacity is reached. Parking capacity is limited to 400 guests. The Morehouse Parking deck will not be open to visitors on Gameday. GameDay Campus AccessAs this Saturday’s football game against Fort Valley State University will now be held at Clark Atlanta University’s Panther Stadium, game ticket holders will not be able to access the Morehouse campus.Morehouse BookstoreClothing and other paraphernalia can be purchased online at https://www.bkstr.com/morehousestore. The bookstore will be open on Friday, October 15, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm with indoor capacity limitations.
